Water known as chemical formula H2O is an inorganic, transparent, tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance, which is the main constituent of Earth's hydrotherapy adrosphere and the fluids of all known living organisms in which it acts as a solvent.It is very vital for all known forms of life, even though it provides neither food,energy,nor organic micronutrients.
During workout it is important to drink water as it keeps us hydrated through out the workouts.It is recommended that you should drink atleast "17 to 20 ounces of water 2 to 3 hours before you start exercising.Again drink 8 ounces of water 20 to 30 minutes before you start exercising or during your warm-up. Drink 7 to 10 ounces of water every 10 to 20 minutes during exercise. Drink 8 ounces of water no more than 30 minutes after you exercise".
Please drink water to avoid passing out during workouts and to keep your body hydrated at all times during exercise.
