Lemon And Parsley Syrup That May Help With Kidney Stones.

Our kidneys have one of the maximum important functions in our system, to remove waste and toxins through urinating. It is essential that we protect our kidneys, especially if we're at risk of a condition known as kidney stones. Kidney stones is a disorder where your kidneys don’t have enough energy to clear out out the liquids that we ingest every day. The common age range for people to develop kidney stones is around 30 to 50 years.

For these reasons, we need to be genuinely careful about what type of drinks we drink on daily basis. Kidney stones are actually crystals or calcium oxalates that are formed because of improper work of the kidneys.

Lemon and Parsley Syrup for Kidney Stone

For the makings of this syrup, you'll need:

1 lemon

1 large bunch parsley root

1 cup olive oil

1 cup maple syrup

1 cup organic honey

Slice up the lemon and parsley root and mix them thoroughly. After that, add the rest of the ingredients and mix them once more in the blender. Make sure to seal the syrup in a jar and keep it in your refrigerator. It is suggested to consume 1 tablespoon of the syrup before your breakfast in the morning.

However, you'll need to drink a lot of liquids such as tea, water, and natural fruit juices throughout the day for best results. This syrup does its job due to the fact that parsley is a natural diuretic and the olive oil is actually a lubricant that can cleanse your urinary tract. Additionally, you'll gain a lot of benefits from the maple syrup and honey. Last but not least, the lemons will improve your levels of urine acidity which will result in the melting of kidney stones.
