Watch | Cape Town residents say NO to vaccine passports

After President Cyril Ramaphosa’s announcement to move South Africa to adjusted level 1 and introduce a vaccine passport, many people have voiced their frustrations.

Sea Point residents took to the streets of Cape Town to march against the rollout of the vaccine passports. Cyril Ramaphosa briefed the nation on Thursday evening stating that government will introduce vaccine passports to allow people to travel to red-listed countries and to encourage people to get vaccinated. Many people have been against this move as they feel it's an infringement on human rights. The President came out earlier in the year to say that people won't be forced to take the covid-19 Jab if they didn't want to. Now he has made a sudden change and has introduced a weekend vaccination drive to speed up the process of people getting the jab.

Do you stand with the people of Cape Town who are against the passports?
