Julius Malema is calling for end to mask wearing and the state of national disasters. 2 years past.

Politicians never miss an opportunity to be in the spotlight. To stay relevant they have to always add their voices on everything to avoid being forgotten.

Since the start of the pandemic many politicians have been trying to find a way to put their messages across. Usually that comes in the form of criticism on the ruling party about its handling of the fight against the pandemic.

"Doctor" Julius Malema is at it again trying to tell us what science is not backing. He marched to the office of the minister of sport to demand the opening of stadiums to crowds during games, vaccinated or not.

The president and the National Coronavirus Command Council are hoping to end the state of national disasters soon. But they are waiting for science to tell us if it will be safe to go back to our normal life without masks and social distancing.

After two years of wearing masks and pouring sanitizers on our hands a break will be welcomed.
