Sleeping is one of the relaxed moments that we all have each and everyday. Life gets busy during the day and if you were working, your body will be sweating and need resting that's why we end up falling asleep while sitting down. This is caused by a tired body which needs to rest from the work you have done the wholeday. But what if you go to sleep tired without bathing.

If you go to sleep tired without bathing , you will just have difficulting in falling asleep because the body would not be relieved from the the work you have done during the day. You will stayawakefor a very long time before sleeping and when you wake up early in the morning, there is possibility that your body might still be tired from yesterday's work because you did not get chance to refresh.

Another problem of going to sleep without bathing is that you will develop bad odour that is caused by the sweats and the dirty ordust you contracted during the day while you were doing up and down. For this reason you might end upputting your health at risk because bacterias and viruses will get opportunity to attack your body. That's why its important to bath before sleeping.

To fall asleep faster taking a hot bath. A study found that taking a hot bath about 90 minutes before bed could help people fall asleep more quickly. The hot water actually helps change your body's core temperature so that you go to bed with a lower temperature.

bathing before bedtime is important for your skin health especially during summer and spring season. This is because after spending a long day, there are chances that your skin is covered in dirt, sweat and allergens.

Sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up. Healthy sleep also helps the body remain healthy and stave off diseases. Without enough sleep, the brain cannot function properly.
