Traditional healers are not obliged to have any formal medical training in order to practice their craft. These include Letoya Makhene, Masechaba Ndlovu, and Thandeka Dawn King, all Sangoma practitioners, among many others. For those unfamiliar with Sangomas, DSTV stations Moja Love and Mzansi Magic offer educational programs about them, such as "iZangoma Zodumo" and "Vuma dlozi lam."
Gogo Skhotheni, a well-known Sangoma in South Africa, is also active on social media, particularly Instagram. Patricia Motsoeni-Shange is a 29-year-old Mpumalanga native who is married and has a daughter named Liyana Shange. Gogo Skhotheni posted to Instagram the following day to prove that she had kept her promise to wash her face with a liter of milk the following morning and then say whatever she pleased.
When this woman did what Gogo Skhotheni recently recommended, you can see for yourself what transpired. I think many peoples Gogo Skhotheni will still help.
