Economic Freedom Fighters Leader, Julius Malema, has once again sparked controversy on Twitter. This time Malema revealed the reason why he vaccinated and many people are still gobsmacked by what he said. Malema told hundreds of his supporters that he vaccinated because he saw Jewish people vaccinated. According to Melema, the fact that the Jews vaccinated showed him that the vaccine is safe because he knows that nation doesn't play with their lives. "Those things of threatening life, they take very serious,” Malema said as he addressed hundreds of students and supporters in Cape Town on Friday.
Malema's address was part of the EFF's campaign in the Western Cape ahead of the upcoming local government elections.
So Julius's role models are white people and Jewish people? A white guy on Twitter could also not let Malema's statements slide, calling him a flip flopper of note. "You repeatedly tell the world how you hate whites and Jews but you follow us," Pieter Friedman said to Malema. Many other South Africans were also left speechless by what Malema had said. "And he supports Palestine. This guy is really something else. He says one thing to one group and another to other groups. Two faces is not enough", a Twitter user said.
But in all honesty, Malema is something else! What a silly reason! He should just believe in the science, and the fact that, worldwide, the vaccine has been overwhelmingly proven to work.
