I personally don't believe that God created us to come struggle and suffer, with reference to His Word from the book of Jeremiah 29:11. He says He only has good plans for us, plans to prosper us, not to harm us.

1. Make An Effort To Find A Positive Side In Everything.
You cannot control what happens to you, but one thing you can control is how you respond.
It's up to you to look for the right side in everything and react most positively.
2. Always Be Grateful.
It is impossible to feel depressed in life if you have so many things to be grateful for. No matter how inferior things may turn out, you must realize that we still have things in our lives that most people don't have. Be grateful.
3. Create A Positive Environment.
It is vital to have positive people around you, who will help you to stay positive in negative situations.
Circle yourself with people who will support you and lift you, instead of dragging you down.
4. Exercise More.
Exercising has both physical and mental benefits. It will keep you in better shape and boost your self-esteem.
5. Treasure Your Experiences More Than Possessions.
Comparing possessions and look at the better objects after purchase can be demoralizing and ruin the initial pleasure.
But treasuring experience does not affect the initial pleasure, rather, they provide long-lasting happiness.
6. Help Others.
Volunteering or doing charity work can boost your spiritual health and give you internal peace. And as you continue helping others, God adds more strength and energy to you, that you may see and realize how fortune you are.
7. Go Outdoors.
Nature always gives us positive energy and help us to think positively. Spending some time with nature, in good weather, will increase your energy, boost your mood and help you work efficiently.
If going out isn't an option, you can always surround your workplace or home with plants.
Meditation will improve your focus, attention and clarity. It will keep your mind calm. It keeps you from getting stressed out and keeps you happy in the long run.
It is beneficial for both body and mind.
9. Get Enough Sleep.
When we don't get enough sleep, negativity takes over our minds. Your body needs to recover from the day before stress.
When we don't get enough sleep, the hippocampus ( part of the brain that processes positive and happy thoughts) starts to creak and starts developing more negative thoughts than before.
10.Express Your Feelings.
There are a lot of things that keeps happening in our lives, which we hold or bottle up inside. And when we express those emotions, we feel relieved.
Have someone to talk to, someone you can trust and be able to open up to.
11. Reduce Your Worries.
Worrying habit about anything is a powerful reason to destroy anyone's thinking.
Most things we fear in our lives will never happen. They are just like nightmares of our minds. It grows stronger day by day and leaves you feeling stressed.
12. Accept And Find Solutions.
Most people are repellent and can't accept the changes in their lives. We must learn to accept that change will happen.
We continually go through changes and we grow through changes. When you train your brain to stay positive in all situations, even tragedy cannot destroy you.
Choose to be happy. Choose happiness and happiness will stay with you.
