When Cyril Ramaphosa announced the vaccination rollout in South Africa he said that taking a vaccine would not be a force matter. But it seems things have changed since he made that promise to Mzansi and again Ramaphosa has lied to fellow South Africans .
MEC of health in Limpompo is now saying anyone who is not vaccinated will not be sold alcohol .She says this will help to get more people vaccinated since a lot of people are hesitant to get the vaccine.
This will mean that South Africans will have to present a vaccination card at liquor stores in order to buy alcohol.South Africans are not happy about this and they now feel betrayed by their President Cyril Ramaphosa who lied to them saying no one will be forced to vaccinate .
Almost 80% of Mzansi households purchase alcohol .When Ramaphosa had banned it ,many people were not happy about his decesion. His administration has now come up with a new way of getting all alcohol consumers vaccinated.
South Africans have reacted to this and many are saying they will rather leave alcohol than be forced to take a vaccine, funny right. See some of the comments they made below. Many are saying this MEC is not thinking straight to make such a decesion .
All i can say is South Africans no longer trust Cyril Ramaphosa because he failed to keep his promise on the fact that Vaccination will not be a force matter but now people have to vaccinate in order to buy alcohol and others are being forced to vaccinate at work .
