OPINION|| Health Benefits of Water Leaf (Talinum triangulare)

Water leaf contains more protein than cashews, more pectin (a dietary fibre that aids in digestion) than apples, and a high concentration of vitamin B, vital amino acids, omega-3-fatty acids, resins, iron, calcium, copper, lead, manganese, and zinc.
