FOR EACH OF US, HERE ARE SOME SIMPLE AND USEFUL SUGGESTIONS: 

Always keep an eye on the following: 

1. blood pressure 

2. blood sugar levels

3. triglycerides are a type of fat that can be found in the body.

4.cholesterol 

5. Uric acid

Keep the following very low.

1. Salt should be kept to a minimum. 

2. Sugar 

3. Flour that has been bleached 

4. Milk and dairy products 

5. Products that have been processed 

6. Maggi cube

Food required: 

1. Fruits and vegetables 

2. Lentils 

3. Beans 

4. A variety of nuts 

5. Extra virgin oil (olive, coconut, ...)

There are three things we should forget about:

1. Our Age, 

2. Our History, and 

3. Our Problems 

Three things that are absolutely necessary: 

1. Our friends / comrades; 

2. Our positive thoughts; and

3. A clean and welcoming home. 

These are three fundamentals habits: 

1. Always make an effort to smile or laugh. 

2. Maintain a regular physical activity schedule at your own pace. 

3. Keep an eye on your weight and keep it under control.
