Mix all the ingredients till smooth


Directions:


Begin with preheating the oven to 350F. Grease up and add the flour to two 9” round pans for cakes.

Mix the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Take another bowl and mix the avocado oil alongside the avocado, vinegar, water, and vanilla extract. Once they are combined, add the maple syrup or the honey.

Add this mixture to the flour mixture and stir them.

Divide the mixture between the cake pans evenly and start baking.

Check after half an hour if the cake is done.

Leave them to cool in the pans and after 15 minutes, take them out of the oven so they can completely cool.

Add the layer of frosting on the first cake and then top the second one.

Add the remainder of the frosting to the top of the whole cake.
