South Africa is currently under level 2 of lockdown due to the recent rapid growth of corona virus cases. The country has recorded almost 10 000 cases for the past 24 hours, And that has got the President and people of South Africa worried about their wellbeing. This new variant is complicated and also it's symptoms but it is believed to be still the same Cough, Sore Throat, Loss Of Taste And Smell And people are urged to be on the look out for these symptoms.
The country is currently under attack of the third wave, Which was said to be coming by our Health Minister Zweli Mkhize months back. Another reason which may force our President to put the country under a different level more strict and protecting to people Is that Gauteng is now feeling the strain as they are running short on beds in many hospitals.
This virus is still dangerous as it took more than 9 000 lives in the past 24 hours. This is very devastating just when we thought we finally getting our lives back to normal, Then another wave hit us. People of South Africa the President has urged us to comply with the government rules and regulations for our own safety.
1.Whenever in a public space you must have a face mask on.
2.Always wash your hands with soup or hand sanitizer with +70% alcohol in it.
And also maintain a 1m distance amongst each other in public spaces.
