Chicken.

Just because your chicken is no longer pink does not mean it has been thoroughly cooked. Poultry products, in particular, can be a source of a variety of pathogenic bacteria and salmonella. That is why you should always cook your chicken until it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit or becomes very soft.

Rice.

Raw rice is frequently contaminated with a bacteria known as Bacillus cereus, which can enter the body and cause food poisoning symptoms. This bacteria can even survive if you do not properly cook your raw rice.

Potatoes.

Toxins that are harmful to the stomach can develop in potatoes if they are stored for an extended period of time. Consuming large amounts of these half-cooked potatoes can result in diarrhoea, coma, cramping, and even death in some cases. The best method is to remove the bad part of the potato and thoroughly cook it.

Beans.

Beans are one of the world's best and healthiest foods. However, if beans are not cooked properly and in a healthy manner, they can be poisonous. It is recommended that the beans be soaked, washed, and boiled before eating.

Eggs.

People eat eggs on a regular basis. It is a delectable dish that both children and adults can enjoy on occasion. Some people even enjoy the flavor of a semi-cooked egg. Is it, however, safe to eat raw eggs? According to research, some raw eggs contain a bacteria called "salmonella," which can cause food poisoning and stomach upset.

Cassava.

Cassava is a high-carbohydrate food that can be found in almost every Nigerian household. However, the process of creating it can be very taxing. It must be soaked in water for at least 24 hours before cooking. Raw cassava contains a toxin that causes cyanide to be produced in the body. As a result, if you're cooking, you'll need to be very careful and follow proper procedures to avoid being exposed to those harmful toxins.
