A lot of people does not understand how dangerous the stress is. Most of people are passing away from thinking too much and having a lot of stress.
A stress is a conflict within yourself caused by a lot of factors externally and internally.
Causes of stress and ways to deal with stress.
Thinking too much would make you be stressful and always expecting too much that what would be provided will always give you a stress. In need of money, sometimes we get desperate in a way that funding money is difficult, we end up having a beyond stress
Stressing too much can cause a brain trauma and it is not good for a person.
You can talk with a Phycologist to help you deal with the stress than taking it alone.
You can even tell your closest friend and ask for advice.
