A lady was warned on social media, after she shared that she was having plain yogurt and cinnamon.

It only takes one daily serving of plain yogurt to improve fertility odds, so grab a container of plain yogurt for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Not only does it contain more calcium than milk, but it's packed full of probiotics and two to three times more protein than a cup of regular yogurt. When mixed with Cinnamon, it is said that it improves fertility.

Cinnamon is filled with antioxidants and offers several health benefits, including reduced inflammation and blood sugar levels, improved heart health, and perhaps even weight loss. Cinnamon tea may also fight off infections and reduce PMS and menstrual cramps.

A lady recently took to social media to share a a bowl of which she prepared herself plain yogurt mixed with cinnamon and she ate it as her supper. Her post caught tons of people's attention and left many warning her about the combination she was having for supper. She was told that if not careful, she could get pregnant as the combination enhances fertility.
