Gauteng, South Africa - As more and more Zimbabwean foreigners flood South Africa's healthcare system, it appears that South Africa has become the new Zimbabwe.

A South African Patriot recently complained on Twitter that 89 percent of the patients at Tembisa Hospital in Gauteng are Zimbabweans. He also wants to know why his tax dollars are being used to treat foreigners in hospitals, as well as what country would allow such an invasion of their healthcare system.

"89 percent of the patients at Tembisa Hospital are Zimbabweans! Yes, 89 percent of the time! What country on the planet considers this to be normal? Why is MY TAX MONEY being used to fund free healthcare for Zimbabweans and other international visitors? Why are we allowing foreigners who are unable to pay their own way into South Africa?" If this is accurate, the ANC has sold South Africa for peanuts to assist illegal aliens, which is manifestly unacceptable.
