This is rather scary because it's not happening only now, but for quite a long time. Nobody said anything because you were powerless and just let it slideThe attitude of nursing staff in every government institute has become unbearable, the lazy, don't care attitude has to stop. People are dying left, right and centre around them and they don't care because as long as they are present at work, they don't have to do a thing

They are getting paid and while you sit there at there disposal no matter how long, they just don't care. In actual fact it happens at EVERY government institution. This is unprecedented times we are living in, people dying are someone's parent, or relative

Maybe the only breadwinner in the family, and they die because of some lazy who only think about themselves. Doing some form of work to help somebody who is not capable goes beyond the oath they took. It means nothing to them at all

My MOTHER died in Prince Mshiyeni hospital due to absolute NEGLECT. When I asked for any receptacle for water to give my mother, the nurses and matron stood clicking tongues at me and actually said to me;

We are here to get paid, we are not here to work, when the food was served the very fat matron snatched up the plate, and ate it in front of me saying I can see she (my mom)doesn't want it

I was preparing to move my mother to a private hospital the following day but, she died before I got there. She was not very ill, it was ust pure neglect

- You are right, I watched my mom die while there were cockroaches running around the ICU, and the nursing staff ate chicken while on duty. Disgusting behaviour for someone that has sworn the Oath to look after the sick and dying

- My husband is currently in hospital, and as you know the loved ones can not visit. He is in Isolation ward, because he is a very high risk patient and with Covid, his doctor is extra cautious. He is plugged in and strapped up with pipes, tubes and drips all over his body, he can not reach the plug to recharge is phone

You will not believe what the stupid nurse had the audacity to tell him when he ask her to please plug in his phone, "I am not here to plug in your phone" God knows that woman is so very lucky that I am not allowed to visit him. Because the next post will be from jail for assault
