6 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves

2.5 cups of water

1 tablespoon of honey


Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Chop the leaves and fast add to the pan. Simmer on medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat, and let it sit for 5 more minutes. Strain out the oregano leaves, add honey, and enjoy while hot.
