President Cyril Ramaphosa urges South Africans not to panic.

Minister of Health Zweli Mkhizi has made it clear last night that they are monitoring the reported case of Corona Virus. The patient who has been diagnosed with Corona Virus is quarantined and is far from Durban at the moment.

His family is also shocked about the discovery and the reported case of the Virus. The medical practitioner who was interviewed last night indicated that they do not have much information about the virus. Dr Linda Gail Bekker indicated that virus spread rapidly in Italy.

Italy is topping the countries in the spread of the corona virus as there are many cases being reported regularly. Health minister Mkhize said the infected man's symptoms were not very severe, but he was not comfortable.

The common signs of the corona virus include a fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If ones experiences those or other flu-like symptoms, and have reason to believe you may have been infectedshould seek immediate help at their nearest clinic, hospital, or general practitioner.

But South Africa's department of health recommended phoning the NICD helpline rather than going straight to a medical facility.
