For those who don't know Dementia is not a specific disease, dementia is a group of conditions characterised by impairment of at least two brain functions, such as memory loss and judgement. It is much common in the old and is influenced by ones genes. Despite being influenced by ones genetics, certain sneaky habits can push you towards it.
