1. Leg Lifts.

4. Pelvic Lift.

5. Side Lunge.

Standing tall with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart and your hands on your hips, stand up straight. With your right leg, take a step to the side and descend as far as you can without bending your left leg. Ensure that your knees do not extend beyond your toes. On each side, do 15 reps.

6. Reverse Lunges With Knee Lift:

Step back and bend your right knee at a 90-degree angle while standing in the same position, then stand up and kick it back as high as you can without bending it. On each side, do 15 reps.

7. Jumping Squats:

Stand tall and straight in front of you, arms outstretched. Quickly bounce back into your starting posture from a wide-legged squat. Repeat 15 times.

8. Classic Squats:

Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms straight in front of you. Squat down as far as you can without bringing your knees beyond your toes or arching your back by gently squeezing your glutes. Three sets of 15 reps are recommended.

These exercises will make you appear fit and give you a better, curvier shape, just like your favorite celebrities (Boity, and Corazon for example).
