Selokela Boledi says she was once a volunteer at Mankweng Hospital and a mentally ill patient chased her screaming saying she is his wife. She says she was scared and if it wasn't for the security helping her, things would have ended badly, he was going to do something to her.
" I once volunteered as Admission clerk at Mankweng Hospital .One day a mentally ill patient chased me shouting ‘ Rachel my woman." She tweeted.

"A guy moved to our neighborhood and would chase me shouting "Mamiki, where is the child?" That thing is traumatic, but a few months later he apologised, saying when he moved the hospital got his meds wrong." Said @Bookand_wine.
"I had the same experience in town. A mentally ill man chased me demanding his father's firearm. I didn't even know what he was talking about. I ran for a long distance until people stopped him. I was even crying." Said @Nomkhosi.
