The drink that helps you lose weight while you sleep

It is rare to find something that can help you lose weight while you are sleeping. However there is Tumeric tea that can help you fight the fats.

This tea can be made in a different ways, all depending on your preferences. It is easy to make and it includes the following;

Water or milk (dairy milk or any kind of nut milk)


Black pepper



Other spices

Sweetener of your choice to taste (e.g. honey.)

This is an easy way instructions for making this tea 

You may prepare the tea on the stove in order to bring out the best flavor from the spices and herbs, but you can also microwave hot water or milk and add the rest of the ingredients afterward.

If you’re making it on the stove, warm a cup of water or milk in a small pot. Gradually stir in about one teaspoon of turmeric, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ginger, and sweetener, to taste. Stir until desired heat and flavor is achieved.You can add more or less turmeric, depending on your tolerance and taste preferences. The black pepper is essential, however, as it helps the body to absorb the turmeric better
