Custard and biscuit dessert recipe



200 g coconut biscuits

200 g mint chocolate coconut biscuits

1 litre chilled vanilla custard

1½ tbsp butter/margarine

4 strawberries



Crush the biscuits, leave a few for garnishing and set aside.

Melt the butter/margarine and pour half in each bowl of crushed biscuits and mix well.

In four glasses, add the crushed plain coconut biscuits evenly, about 50g in each glass.

Carefully pour about ½ cup or 125ml custard in each of the glasses.

Add the crushed mint choc biscuits and the remaining custard also about ½ cup in each glass.

Lastly garnish with either strawberries, biscuits or chocolates or all of them

Serve or chill for later.enjoy this delicious dessert with your family and friends.and now it's almost spring and it is gonna get extremely hot everyone need this to chill.

What I like a about this recipe anyone can do it.its easy to prepare. Not too much work to do aslong you have all the ingredients it is required.just have fun while preparing this dessert.
