Food lovers please find the delicious worse recipe that will give you an edge over your in laws.This worse will make you enjoy food well especially when you are with your family.This is the time of cooking such food as it is very cold. You know worse will give you that great feeling while giving you some hot taste.
- 500 g/ 1.1 lbs fresh sausages
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 small onions or 1 medium onion
- 10 g (1/3 oz) fresh ginger root
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 400 g/ 0.88 lbs carrots
- 400 g/ 0.88 lbs potatoes
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- about 250 ml/ about 1 cup water, hot
- 400 g (14.1 oz) canned diced tomatoes
Add butter into a pan ,chopped onion,sliced mushrooms, please note,it optional to use mushrooms.
Add Chopped spinach and close your pot,please don't add water.
Prepare fresh milk and soup (preferably you can use chicken mushrooms)1 cup of milk,3-4 teaspoon of soup,you can use cream instead.
Don't forget to season with salt or aromat.
Let it cook until your spinach is soft.
Chicken stew recipe:8 pieces of chicken,4 tablespoons of oil,1 onion,1 tablespoon of seven colour spice,2 tablespoons of paprika, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce,2 carrots diced,1 cup chicken liquid stock,1 tablespoon of rajah(mild and spicy).
In a large pan heat the oil and add onion,fry for 3 minutes.
Add all the spices and stir for a minute.
Add the chicken pieces let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add the carrots and liquid stock,bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat and add tomato sauce and let it cook until the sauce thickens.
2 cups of flour
2 cups of soda water
2 tablespoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of seven colours spice
1 tablespoon of spice for fish
1/2 teaspoon for salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1teaspoon of Italian herbs
