How to make spicy sausage chutney.

Want a quick, yet tasty meal? Try this sausage chutney recipe today. You will need the following ingredients.

6 eskort pork sausages.

5 very ripened tomatoes.

2 onions chopped, 2 green chillies.

Curry leaves, tumeric powder, curry powder, Garam masala, coriander, salt.

Start by steaming the sausages for 15 minutes and then frying it until golden brown. In a pot, fry chopped onions until golden brown. Add a pinch of tumeric powder, curry leaves, 1 teaspoon of Garam masala, green chillies and mix well on low heat. Then add 1 teaspoon of curry powder and mix well. Add the tomatoes and salt to taste. Cook well until tomatoes are melted. Cut the pork sausages into thin rings and add it to the chutney. Cook for five minutes and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with hot rice or fresh bread. You may omit the green chill if you don't want it to be very spicy.
