Do you enjoy spicy livers? And want to try making your own. Here is a simple way. You will require the following ingredients.
1 tub of fresh chicken livers
2 onions, 1 teaspoon black pepper, salt , red chilli, nando's peri peri sauce. Tumeric powder.
Star by steaming the livers in a pot using tumeric powder to add a bit of color to it. When almost tender drain of the water and allow it to cool down. Then slice it into bite size pieces. In a frying pan, heat up a bit of olive oil and chop up onions. Fry on medium heat until golden brown. Add black pepper, green chilli cut in half and more tumeric powder. Lastly add the livers and salt to taste. Fry well until brown then add the peri peri sauce. The amount depends o
n how spicy you want it to be. Serve hot with bread.
