How to make pancakes at home

Are you tired of eating bread and eggs or porridge in the morning? You should definitely try something new into your breakfast. Mix it up a bit. Here is a pancake recipe for you to try at home and you will definitely not miss bread.

This is my favourite breakfast meal and I love serving it with honey or with blueberry syrup. Hope you definitely try it out and start your day in a new way.


Ingredients are as follows:


1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

3 tbsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

3 tbsp butter

2 large eggs

1 1/4 cups fresh milk

1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

3 tbsp. Sugar


Method:

In a large bowl,whisk together the flour, sugar,baking powder and salt.

In another bowl beat eggs,milk and vanilla

-Whisk the butter into the milk mixture,add to the flour mixture,and whisk until a thick batter is just formed.

-Melt butter in a large non-stick pan over medium-lowvheat

-full spoon of batter to warm pan, Cook until bubbles break the surface of the pancake and underside is golden brown(2minutes).


When pancakes are cool,you can use topping of you choice e.g Maple or blueberry syrup, honey strawberries, blueberries, fresh whipped cream
