Comfort food to enjoy this weekend. Weekends are to be enjoyed, here we help you with some meal ideas that don't need a lot of time to be prepared for the weekend - 1kg pork ribs

Ingredients

For sauce

2 tablespoons of Rajah curry powder with garlic

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

1/4 cup tomato sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup of water

1 teaspoon of mustard sauce

1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper, for seasoning

Methods

Combine all the ingredients in a heavy-duty pot. Bring it to boil for 20 minutes or until it thickened, stirring it constantly so that it doesn't burn at the bottom.

Cook the ribs for 45 minutes. Place them in the marinade for 2 hours.

Take the ribs out of the marinade and bake for 20 minutes, basting regularly with marinade.
