This young lady seems to have bought pieces of meat at Nandos but she was not pleased with what she spotted while eating. The chicken lungs were not properly fried. They looked raw.
There were mixed reactions on the comments and people shared their thoughts and experiences with Nandos meals.
The Talk2Nandos on Twitter replied under the young lady's tweet. They mentioned that she should send her details.
A young man who is also disappointed with Nandos meals replied with pictures of the meat he got.
Many people complained about Nandos service. They said that it should shut down. They also mentioned that this is wrong.
What to do if you are not happy with your restaurant meal depends on what was wrong. Whatever you do, do not just sit there and stew in silence, composing a Trip Advisor Review. Speak up and let the manager know. You may leave having had a better time than if you hadn't complained.
A customer which is not happy about the service can also take back the food if it is partially eaten. The customer must make sure to have its receipt handy. If the food is spoilt, it can be exchanged for a different product. However if you have eaten the food already, you are not likely to receive a refund.
Opinion: The young lady seems to be complaining about the meal after she had already finished eating.
