Prices of almost everything is going up these, including essential things like groceries. With that said a guy recently had a lot of people talking after sharing how you can save on groceries. He posted and said "Grocery = R2500, Kota = R15 (15×31=R465) but let me keep quiet." See the post he made on Twitter down below.

If you use this method you will be eating kota once a day for the whole 31 days of the month and that in my opinion can't be healthy. People commented under the post and had a lot of things to say. Someone commented and said "So how will you schedule to eat that Kota in the morning, lunch or dinner? I am here to take notes." Another person commented and said "Kota once a day you say?.
