Cooked till soft

White onion powder soup thick,vegetable, soup,chin beef cooked,add chopped spring onion ginger and garlic curry powder

Buttermilk oven fried chicken

You are definitely going to need the following things


Chicken cut up,3 cups all purpose flour

2 teaspoons garlic pepper 1 teaspoon sugar,1 cup buttermilk ,2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking?powder3/4 teaspoon baking soda,olive oil

How to make it?

Preheat oven 350 degrees in a baking pan whisk together with flour ,garlic pepper ,sugar and paprika in a medium size bowl,whisk together buttermilk eggs,baking powder and baking soda until smooth. Dip each piece of chicken into buttermilk mixture,shaking off excess,roll in flour mixture and then dip into buttermilk and flour mixture a second time,place in baking pan and drizzle with olive oil .bake about 50.55 minutes or until chicken is golden. Enjoy!

Cauliflower salad

5 stars recipe!! This creamy cauliflower salad is easier to make .Trust me,you will fall in love with this salad once you try it. It for the good benefit of your lovely family,make your house a family home with this amazing recipe of a cauliflower salad

To make this recipe you will need the following ingredients:1 head of cauliflower (must be either steamed or boiled until tender in bite size pieces)

6 large eggs boiled,cut into small bite size pieces (the yolk should be mashed then blebd)

1/3 cup of miracle whip(l prefer mayonnaise)

3 tbs of mustard

1/8 cup of chopped onion ,uncooked (l always use more)

Salt /pepper to taste.

In the beginning ,mix all together and garnish with egg slices and parsley..afterwards ,make sure to chill overnight (yep,1 cup of cauliflower is only 3 carbs vs 1 cup of potato is 37)
