How to make your lasagna


1 Onion chopped

1kg Ground beef Mince

1 tsp Mixed Dried Herbs

1 tblspn Spice For Mince

1 tblspn Tomato Paste

Salt and Pepper to taste

Lasagna Sheets

1 tblspn oil 

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

For Cheese Sauce:

60 ml Margarine

60 ml Flour

1 Cup Milk

Salt and pepper 


Heat the oil and fry onion. Add the minced meat,Spice for Mince , tomato paste

Stir well and cook slowly until meat is just cooked (about 15 minutes).

Arrange the meat, pasta and white sauce in alternate layers in a greased baking dish.

Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of white sauce.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven (180°C) or until pasta is cooked through.

White Sauce: Melt margarine, and then stir in the flour. Gradually add the milk, stirring until sauce thickens.
