Tuna pasta salad and chicken Feet

Tuna Pasta Salad

 

Ingredients:

300g pasta

1 handful Coriander, chopped

1 ½ cup Mayonnaise

170g Light Meat Tuna Shredded with Veg Oil

½ cup Red Onion, chopped

½ cup Rosa Tomatoes, halved

1 fresh Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️

 

Method:

Cook pasta as per instructions on package, set aside and allow to cool

In jar add mayonnaise, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and Lemon Juice

Mix until well combined

In mixing bowl place cooled pasta, Onion, Tuna, Coriander and tomato

Pour over Mayonnaise mixture

Gently mix until everything is well combined

Transfer into a salad bowl and serve

 

Tip: Tuna can be substituted with shredded chicken


Chicken Feet

 

Ingredients:

500g chicken feet

1 cup water

1 cup Chicken Stock dissolved in boiled water

1 Tbsp Paprika

2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

¼ cup Tomato Sauce

 

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 heat

Clean Chicken Feet

In a large pot boil with water and Stock for 10 min

Remove from stove and allow to cool

Place Chicken Feet in a mixing bowl

Drizzle with Olive Oil

Add Paprika, Tomato Sauce and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️

Mix well until everything is well combined

Place into oven tray and bake until Golden

 

Tip: can also pan fry instead of oven
