
Ingredients
2 kgs of stewing beef
2 tomatoes
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
Black Pepper, salt, lemon pepper, white pepper, chilli flakes, garlic salt and spices of your choice.
6 teaspoons of flour.
Method
In a large bowl, coat your beef in flour, this will help it thicken the stew and give it a nice brown colour.
Fry the coated beef in a large pot in oil, remove the beef once golden brown and set aside.
Fry your chopped onions and tomatoes. Add garlic, chilli flakes and the rest of the spices. Once fragrant, add the beef back.
Let it fry for 3 minutes then add 2 cups of warm water.
Let the beef boil down and simmer until cooked through on low heat.
Add fresh herbs and serve with pap, rice pasta, dumplings or any side of your choice.
