See here how to make lacquered salmon in soy sauce

A recipe inspired by Martha Stewart. I do not eat a lot of salmon, it is not really my favorite fish, but I have to admit that it was delicious, so I wanted to share it with you!

For 2 people :

2 salmon steaks

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1.5 tablespoon of soy sauce

1.5 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of white wine

5 berry pepper

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C. Prepare the icing: mix in a bowl the brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and white wine, then mix until the sugar is fully melted. Place half of this sauce in a dish, place the 2 salmon fillets, then cover with the other half. Bake for 10 minutes of cooking if your paving stones are not too thick and 15 minutes otherwise. Sprinkle 5 cracked berry pepper and enjoy immediately.
