Garlic Chicken Pasta Recipe

Garlicky Chicken Pasta!

What you need:

2 chicken thighs (deboned)

Pasta of your choice

3 cloves of garlic

2 cups spinach

1 cup cream

2 cups spinach

1 small onion 🧅

2 table spoon chicken stock or just water

1/4 teaspoon cornstarch

1 table spoon butter 🧈

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Skin side first, sear the seasoned chicken thighs until golden brown and crisp, and tranfer to the oven for about 10mins to fully cook at 350F

Step 2

In the same pan put the butter, garlic and cook for a few minutes then add onions and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Put in your cup of cream and bring to a simmer on medium heat.

Step 4

Mix the cornstarch with the 2 tbsn of chicken stork making sure its not lumpy then pour into the pan to thicken. If its too thick add more cream.

Step 5

Slice one of the thighs and put into our garlic sauce save the other thigh to top our dish.

Step 6

Fold in your spinach and you are ready to get going.
