2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup warm milk
1 tbs instant/active dry yeast
2 tbs granulated sugar
1/4 cup warm water
We all like simple and fast things when it comes to baking. One doesn't want to spend the whole day in the kitchen trying to figure out a difficult recipe that at the end of the day turns into a disaster. Soft buns are one of the most simple and delicious buns. You can serve them with tea or coffee, but some people just enjoy them alone. Today we will be looking at how to bake them. The first thing you need to do is put all your wet ingredients aside, followed by the dry ingredients. After that, you can mix them together to make a good dough and a soft one.
Cut into smaller pieces and rolled into buns and laid on a tray.
Cover the tray with a wet dish towel or plastic bag and let the buns rise.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes, or until golden.
For glazing, melt 2 tablespoons of sugar in 2 tablespoons of water and boil on the stove. Brush the glaze on the buns and enjoy!
