Chicken Prego burger and chips recipe

Ingredients that you will need
2× chicken fillets per bun
1 teaspoon Cajun spice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chicken spice
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Nandos Peri Peri Prego sauce.
Sliced cheese
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Burger buns mayonnaise
Frozen chips ( Mc Cain )
Method
Pound chicken fillets until even. Mix the spices together to make a spice rub. Season the chicken with spice rub add oil to a pan then add the chicken when the oil gets hot.
Fry the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes depending on the size of the fillets add Prego sauce to the fillets and cook for 5 minutes. Toast buns in the pan.
Assemble burger by adding mayonnaise to base of bun, lettuce tomatoes chicken together with sauce and cheese then add another fillet ontop with lettuce and tomato.
Deep fry chips until golden and salt once removed.
