2 large Whole Lamb Shank

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 cup Beef Stock dissolved in boiled water

2 bay leaves

1l water

2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️

¼ cup Thick Soy Sauce



Preheat oven to 200 heat

In an oven dish place shank,

Pour stock and 1l water

Add bay leaves

Cover with tinfoil and cook in the oven for 2 hours

Once cooked allow to cool

Place meat on a board and shred using fork or your hands

On the stove heat Oil

Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and stir

Add pulled meat and stir in soy sauce

On medium heat until everything is well combined and soy sauce thickens

Remove from the stove and serve with burger buns


Tip: can add different fillings like cheese or salsa
