Quick and easy chicken stir-fry recipe

CHICKEN STIRFRY

4 Chicken Fillets

5 pkts of 2min Noodles

2 Sliced Onions

Spinach

Zucchini

Carrots

Red, Green, Yellow Peppers

Mushrooms

or Veggies of yr choice

Soya sauce

A few drops Sesame oil to taste

Dash of Lemon juice

1 Tsp Ginger

3 Tsp Garlic

Bbq spice

Salt to taste 

Pepper 

Fresh chopped Coriander


METHOD

Boil Noodles (pkt instructions) 

Slice Fillets into thin slivers or stripes (Yr choice) I do slivers.. Season with dry Spices... Set aside.. Julienne all Veg.. Heat Oil in a Pan/Wok...add Ginger and Garlic..add Chicken Fillets in batches. Flashfry 1 to 2min min depending on the thickness of Strips or slivers remove and set aside.. Now flashfry Veggies, I do them individually as some cooks longer than others and u don't want to lose the colour.. Then mix Noodles, Veggies together in wok/pan and saute.. Add Soya sauce, Sesame Oil, Lemon Juice and Stir through... Add enough Seasoning to taste.. Lastly just before serving add Fresh Coriander/Cilantro and stir through and for garnish..
