Yummy roasted chicken and butternut salad recipe

Chicken

500g drumsticks 

1 Tbsp Paprika 

1/3 cup Sriracha Blackout Sauce

1 juice of fresh lemon , squeeze 

Salt and pepper 

1 Tbsp Olive Oil 

1/3 cup Nandos medium Peri Sauce 


Method:

Preheat oven to 180 heat

In a bowl place drumsticks 

Drizzle with olive oil 

Season with salt and 

Add Paprika 

Add Sriracha Sauce

Squeeze lemon

Roast until chicken is cooked and golden 

Remove from the oven pour over Nandos sauce

Take back into the oven another 5 to 10 minutes


SCGS Butternut Salad

 

Ingredients:

1 large Butternut, cubed

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️

200g Rocket Leaves

½ cup Rosa Tomatoes

1/3 cup Feta Cheese, cubed

1/3 cup Black Olives Pitted , halved

½ Red Onion, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds, toasted

 

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 heat

Peel and cut Butternut into cubes

Drizzle with Olive Oil

Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️

Mix well and roast until Butternut is tender, throw in Tomato until they break a bit

Remove from the oven and allowing to cool completely

Once cooled, in a platter place Rocket Leaves

Scatter butternut and Tomatoes

Add Onion, Olives, Feta and Olives

Pour dressing just before serving

 

Vinaigrette Dressing:

½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1/2tsp Black Pepper

 

Place everything in a jar and mix well
