Easy Meals for Busy People

As a little girl my mom got this recipe from one of her friends. The spicy fruity flavours with a touch of sweet and sour certainly creates a taste sensation the whole family can enjoy. Being a working mom, she always had to find quick easy recipes that she could make in a heartbeat while sorting out the chaos at home. Needless to say, she decided to make this in bulk so we could have left over meatballs for 3 whole days. I guess back then, you couldn’t just pop into “Woolies” .

I really enjoy the spicy flavour filled recipe that young and old can enjoy. The sweet curry taste originates from the Cape Malay people, along with their famous Bobotie and other good old South African recipes.

My dear friends enjoy this recipe and special times with your family, time goes by so quickly. Before you know it, your daughter will be writing about your recipes.
