1 tbsp of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
handful sliced mushrooms
1 pack chopped spinach
1/4 cup of sweet corn
2 tbsp of mushroom sauce powder
2 tablespoons is three cheese sauce powder
1 cup of water or milk
crumbled feta cheese
Aromat to taste
1. In a pot over medium heat melt the butter and cooking oil. Fry the onions and mushroom until soft.
2. Add the washed spinach and cook until wilted then the and then add the sweet corn. Dissolved the mushroom and cheese powder in water and then add the spinach. At the cheese corner fatter than season with Aromat.
3. Let all the mixtures simmer for 10 to 15 minutes and it will be ready for serving.
4. Serve whilst it is still hot, with steamed bread, pap or rice.
