4 medium tomatoes, chopped

4 cups cucumbers, sliced in half

2 avocados, chopped

6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Begin by slicing cucumbers into 1/4-inch thick slices, then cutting them in half and adding them to a large mixing bowl. Transfer the tomatoes to a basin and cut them into bite-size slices. After that, cut the avocado into bite-sized slices and combine it with the cucumbers and tomatoes. Combine red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder, and oregano in a small mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the vegetables after whisking it together.
