2 cups diced mangoes, frozen (about 2 mangos)

2 cups diced bananas, frozen (about 2 bananas)

2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/2 cup baby spinach

1 avocado

Bananas are one of the most affordable fruits in Africa. There is no excuse for this one. You can have bananas from January to December. This means this smoothie will be easy for you to make. You can replace it by using your own fruit instead of sticking to the one you see here. You can enjoy this in the morning.


Use any non-dairy milk you prefer in plain or vanilla—cashew, soy, oat, or almond milk.


Try it with a different nut butter like cashew, almond, walnut, or pistachio butter.
