Juicy yet simple chicken
Ingredients
Room temperature butter
Chicken spice
Paprika
6gun spices
Preheat oven at 200degrees
Rub chicken with butter
Mix spices (Paprika, chicken spice and 6gun grill spice)
Sprinkle all over the chicken.
Using a and a wire rack so that all the juice can drip in the pan
(I'll post step by step with pictures after this post)
Cover chicken with foil and bake for 30min.
Remove Foil and turn down the heat to 180degrees.
Cook Chicken till golden for about +-10min
The breast is so Juicy even a child can enjoy it 😋

Pork rashes
Ingredients
You only need 2 things
Paprika
6 gun
Pork must be at room temperature
Season with Paprika and spice
On a high heat using a grill pan or normal pan or even good for outside grill
Pan Must be sizzling hot
Add rashes and cook each side for 3 to 5min turn over and cook the other side
And you done.
NO oil needed
The most delicious and soft pork you can make
PLEASE do not overcook and do not poke the meat with a fork it will be dry.
