Lamb Chops And Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large Cauliflower head

1 Tbsp of Olive oil

½ Onion (chopped)

1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning

1 tsp of Turmeric powder

1 tsp of Mixed herbs

⅓ cup of chopped Red pepper

¼ cup of diced Carrot

¼ cup of Peas

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method:

Grate the cauliflower or blitz the florets in a food processor until small rice pieces form.

Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan on medium to high heat, then add the onion, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, turmeric powder, mixed herbs, red pepper, carrot and peas, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the grated cauliflower to the pan and stir-fry to cook the cauliflower to a soft but not mushy texture. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.

Sprinkle them very generously with seasoning, salt and pepper. Heat your pan to medium high and add the olive oil, butter .

add your pork chops.

Sear on one side, without moving them at all, until they are nice and golden brown on the first side, about 3-5 minutes. Flip and sear the other side until browned. And baste with bbq sauce
