Honey And Cinnamon Night Time Drink Recipe

Sometimes at night. You struggle to sleep. Maybe you stressed out and you need something relaxing. So they you can calm down and just fall asleep.

So you all have heard that if you cannot sleep. All you need is a cup warm milk. That will put you right to sleep.

The nutrients in milk triggers your sleep immediately. Makes you all warm and fussy. So if it does not work for you.

Then it's time that you try this recipe.

You will need the following ingredients?

1. One cup of milk.

2. One teaspoon of honey.

3. Two drops of vanilla essence.

4. A pinch of cinnamon.

Put the milk in the microwave. Till it's hot and foaming then stir in the honey and vanilla essence. Then sprinkle the cinnamonover it before you drink it.
